He is survived by: his girlfriend Anna Mills; his son Philip Carter Jr.; his grandchildren, Jerry Willis III, Dustin, Branden, Devin and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Julian, Jordan, Jerry, Aubree, Ava and Hendrix; and his brothers, Butch'Walter (Jane), Donald Carter (Jonnie) and Michael Carter (Bonnie). He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
