She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Stephens and Ila Stephens (Trent); her spouse Thomas E. Hofacker; and her parents-in-law, Catherine and Kenneth Hofacker.
She is survived by: her daughter Katie Hofacker; her grandson Oliver Klinker; her sister Kay Hofacker; her nephews, Clayton, Jimmy and Scott Hofacker; her niece Cindy Benney; her great-nieces, Rachelle and Jessica Hofacker; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Hofacker (Carol) and Jack Hofacker (Cassie).
