She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Collins and Mary Collins; and her daughter Beth Ann Gluth. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff, John T. Gluth Jr. (Jan) of Port Clinton, OH, Dale R. Gluth (Kevin T. Roe) and Jeffery A. Gluth (Diane) of Fremont, OH; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Trey, Mason, Marie and Thomas Gluth; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Lincoln Gluth; her siblings, Trudy Gaydosh (Don) of Sandusky and Michael Collins (Barb) of Marblehead, OH; and her half-brother Dave Regal (Jodi). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorial donations in memory of Pam made be made to the Port Clinton Athletic Boosters or the Magruder Hosptial Foundation.
