He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James P Horn and Louise Horn (Reising); his wife Mary Jane Horn (Wilson); his children, Michael and Katie Wesche (Greg); his grandchildren, Mina, Anneka, Greydon, Carissa and Greta Wesche; and his siblings, Phillip Horn (Nancy) and Nancy Baker (Paul).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Paul's Episcopal Church (310 Elizabeth St, Maumee, OH 43537).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Neil's name can be made to the Marjorie Neal Wilson Scholarship at the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy or a charity of the donor's choice.
