She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Horn and Corda Ann Horn (Horsley); her husband James Lewis; and her sister Helen Gullet (Blaine). She is survived by: her children, Tim Lewis (Jeri) and Natalie Lewis of Port Clinton. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
