She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Alvarez and Dionicia Alvarez (Garza); and her brother Edwardo Alvarez. She is survived by: her husband Tim Whitt; her sons, Edward Fick (Krystle) of Port Clinton and Arthur Fick of Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Marisol Fick, Edward Fick, Jr. and Gabriel Fick; and her siblings, Catarino Alvarez (Dana) of Port Clinton, Frank Alvarez (Lori) of Tiffin, Juan Alvarez (Chris Byrd) of Port Clinton and Elda Alvarez of Catawba Island. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
