She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Arnold; her daughter Cindy Snyder; and her parents, Harry Billiard and Mildred Billiard (Myers). She is survived by: her children, Karrie Chrastina (Gary) of Butler, OH, Chuck Gibson of Sandusky and Julie Hurt (Charles) of Port Clinton; and her brother Charles Billiard (Mary) of Bellevue, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
