He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Kelly and Donna Maxine Kelly (Gebby); and his sister Donna Lou Craycraft (Gene). He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Lemley and Larry Kelly (Denise); his wife Linda Kelly (Borland); his children, Sean Kelly (Amy) of Port Clinton and Chandra Bryan (David) of Marblehead; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Blake, Braedon Kelly, Trey, Tate, Olivia Carnicom, Josh and Garrett Bryan.
