With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lee R. Hoffman of Port Clinton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlyn Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman (Baumgartner); his former wife Georgia Hoffman; and his brothers, Ronald Hoffman (Beverly) and Darrell Hoffman (Barbara).
He is survived by: his wife Corky (Benton); his children, James L. Hoffman (Betty) of Crawfordsville, IN, Bruce V. Hoffman of Waterloo, IN and Christine L. Herrick (Patrick) of Auburn, IN; his stepchildren, Monique Mokha (Paul) of Miami Beach, FL, Kelly Napier (James) of Franklin, NH and Shawn Grice (Tammy) of Miamisburg, OH; his grandchildren, Ashley Wing (Destry), Morgan Herrick, Sanjay Mokha, Jespreet Mokha, Nicole Napier, Joshua Napier, Justin Grice, Jesse Grice, Elizabeth Farmer and Jacob Farmer; his great grandchild Silas; his siblings, Philip Schwalm of New Haven, IN and Cindy Squier of New Haven, IN; and his former wife Emma Hoffman.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lindenwood Cemetery (2324 W Main St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808).
