She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruel Payne and Enid Payne (Widmer); her husband Joseph A. Smith; and her siblings, Kenny Payne, Duane Payne and Beverly Payne Bigelow.
She is survived by: her son Roger Smith (Lois Couture) of Port Clinton; her grandsons, Jason Smith and Scott Smith (Vicki); her great grandchildren, Katie Smith, Andrew Denis, Hailey Smith and Gracie Smith; and her brother Ronnie Payne (Dee) of Port Clinton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
