He is survived by: his spouse Ruthanne Walby; his sons, Dan Blevins (Georganna) of Hilliard, OH, Troy Blevins (Kristin) of Lewis Center, OH, Grandkids, Kelley, Sean, Jake and Michael; and his brother Rod Blevins (Diana) of Marblehead.
