She is survived by: her parents, Harry Warren and Doris Warren (Dehring); her spouse Robert Carter; her children, Robert Carter (Mary) of Castalia, Andrea Carter (Jeff Risner) of Bellevue and Chad Carter (DeeAnn) of Huron; her grandchildren, Hayley Carter, Lucas Carter and Kennedy Carter; and her stepgrandchild Taylor Butler.
