He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Koch and Clarie Koch (McAfee); and his brother Tim Koch. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Miller, Randy Koch, Janine Howell (David), Vicki Snyder and Jerry Koch (Robin); his stepbrother Alan Wyckoff (Kara); and his stepmother Sandra Koch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
