She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Lang and Annabelle Lang (Trumpower); and her daughter-in-law Jean Tipton Carr. She is survived by: her husband Richard Carr; her sons, Joseph P. Carr of Marysville, OH and Howard E. Carr of Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Nicole Carr (Jak Caplinger) of Dayton, OH, Ava Carr of Columbus and Joie Carr of Marysville, OH; and her stepgrandsons, Galen Tipton of Columbus and Nathan Tipton of Chicago.
