He was predeceased by: his father William D. Rose; and his siblings, Charles M. Rose and Mary Lou Hobson. He is survived by: his wife Sonya Elchisco of Port Clinton, OH; his children, Joe Rose (Lisa) of Toledo, OH and Margaret A. Podschweit (Dennis) of Poplar Grove, IL; his grandsons, Richard and Christopher Podschweit; and his sister-in-law Barbara Rose.
