It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Vess Sr. of Port Clinton, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Vess and Clair Vess Jr. (Porter); his wife Irene; and his sister Claire "Darlene" Armbruster (Tim). He is survived by: his son Jerry Vess, Jr. (Stacey); his grandchildren, Kristin Vess, Autumn Vess, Carley Vess and BreAnna Clark (Alex); his great grandchildren, Avery, Nova Taylor, Molly Brudzinski, Jeremy Garvey-Bleckinger and Dakota Kempf; and his siblings, Jerome Vess III (Dee), Janet Lockhart and Karen Gill (Jack).
