He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wallen and Viola Wallen (Smith); and his siblings, Jimmy Wallen, Franklin Wallen and Audrey Wallen Elswick.
He is survived by: his children, Jerri Seiser (Wade) of Port Clinton, Ronald Wallen (Paula) of Port Clinton, Matthew Wallen (Kristi) of Kingsport, TN, Suzanne Wilkins (Paul) of Oak Harbor and Paul Wallen (Jessica) of Port Clinton; his girlfriend Elizabeth Velliquette; and his brother Glen Wallen (Darlene) of Sandusky, OH.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
