He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Harper and Gloria Harper (Justice); and his brothers, Orlan Harper and Earl Harper. He is survived by: his wife Kay Truchoweski; his children, Nick Harper, Kathy Boreman (Thomas) and Kerryn Lockhart (Bill); his grandchildren, Steven Harper, Rachel Boreman, Danielle Holt (Chase), Dr. Kayla Lockhart-Pagareski (Travis) and Aaron Lockhart; his great grandchild Harper Ann Holt; and his siblings, Linda Vallance, Sheila Morris, Beverly Barnhart, David Harper, Manuel Harper (Jane) and Wally Harper (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
