It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Wayne Tackitt of Port Clinton, Ohio, born in Dorton, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Tackitt and Monnie Tackitt (Sowards). He is survived by: his wife Tami Kenley; his grandchildren, Nichole Royster, Molly Lopez, Chris Kenley, Adam Tackitt and Mandy Hess; his siblings, Madison Royster, Jesse Lopez, Solana Lopez, Dilon Kenley, Logan Kenley, Mason Tackitt, Amelia Tackitt, Morgan Hess and Cody Hess; his niece Kathy Brown; and his nephews, Mike Tackitt and Danny Tackitt.
