He is survived by: his mother Leslie; his sister Megan (Garrett); his nephews, Troy and Kain; his aunt Patti (Uncle Frank); his cousins, Kane Xander (Camryn) and Lily; his aunt Kelly (Uncle Rob); his cousins, Clarissa and Kalley; his great-aunt Sandie (Hailey); his friend Michael; his grandfather Don; his cousins, Moochie, Jessica and Dbo; and his caregiver Renee White.
