Jann C. Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2021, at the age of 75, Jann C. Phelps of Port Clinton, Ohio, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Colin Campbell and Lillian Campbell (Schindler); and her granddaughter Ashley Grace. She is survived by: her husband J. Steven Phelps; her daughters, Amy Earhart (Wayne) of Hilliard and Stacey Phelps of Shaker Heights, Ohio; her grandchildren, Evan and Courtney; and her sister Bonnie Legg of Port Clinton. She is also survived by loving cousins, a niece and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, a Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled this coming spring or summer.
