He is survived by: his children, Barbie Price (Brad) of Cincinnati, OH, Debbie Ballinger of Cincinnati, OH and Jeff (Ray Fridenstine) of Chicago, IL.; his grandchildren, Meredith Ballinger of Orleans, MA, Graham Ballinger of Cincinnati, OH, Chris Price (Kayla) of Norwood, OH and Jillian Price (Zach King) of Covington, KY; his sister-in-law Phyllis Warrick of Plainfield, IL; and his brother Ken Warrick of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
