He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Amato; and his sisters, Jean Kokinda, Carol McLaury and Mary Jo Mays. He is survived by: his wife Char; his children, Jennifer Headley (Charlie) and Sam Amato (Kerri); his grandchildren, Rachel Headley, David Headley, McKensie Bohms (Casey), Rylee Amato and Mason Amato; and his great grandchildren, Bennett Bohms and Marlie Bohms. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
