James Paul Carr Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Carr and Pearl Carr (Stover); his brother Charles "Sonny" Carr; and his sister-in-law Beverly Carr. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carr of Port Clinton; his daughters, Andrea Brooks (Joseph) of Graytown and Ann Chapman (Rich) of Lima; his grandchildren, Edward Brooks, James Chapman, Breanna Chapman, Everett Chapman and Noah Carr; his great grandchildren, Anna, Carson and Sophia; his siblings, Richard Carr (Karen) of Port Clinton, Samuel Carr of Port Clinton, Geraldine Mulligan of Port Clinton and Margaret Danklefsen (Lloyd) of Oak Harbor; and his sister-in-law Phyllis "Neadie" Carr. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
