Welbaum; his children, Teresa Cravens (Mark) of Cincinnati, Krista Jeffries (Kent) of Oak Harbor and Rev. Deron Fourman (Kimberly) of Port Clinton; his grandchildren, Jessica Cravens, Jacinda Jaymes (Nick), Bethany Frederick (David), Brittany Glick (Joshua), Alex Fourman (Dana), Courtney Stroup (Travis), Kaitlyn Fourman (Caleb Case), Brayden Jeffries (Mel), Andrew Jeffries and Hannah Jeffries; his great grandchildren, Channing, Connor Frederick, Amia and Jaymes; and his siblings, Alice Martin of West Milton and Bruce Fourman of Urbana, OH..
