He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Libben and Harriet Libben (Mawer); and his siblings, Norma West, Carolyn Puskas and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Lowe; his children, Kevin Libben (Sandy), Dale Libben (Patty), Ronald Libben (Jennifer) and Ann David (Raymond); his grandchildren, Rachel, Keith (Melanie), Kenny Libben, Marcus Frank (Erin), MaryAnn Wilson (Jacob), Ashley Libben, Courtney Arney (Eric), Benjamin David, Abigail David, Alyssa Libben and Jackie Libben; and his siblings, Jean Solem, Elizabeth Libben, Robert Libben (Barb) and Paul Libben. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
