She is survived by: her children, Darla Hornyak of Maumee, Richard Hornyak (Dawn) of Toledo and Todd Hornyak (Lisa) of Genoa; her grandsons, Casey, Michael and Cory; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Garrett and Giana.
