He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale V. Shook and Bertha M. Shook (Boring); his wife Betty J. Brown; and his sister Jonella Reineck. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Shook (Rosie Zamarripa) of Maumee, OH, Gary Shook (Laura) of Powell, OH, Jeff Shook (Martha) of Knoxville, TN and Matthew Shook of Port Clinton; and his grandchildren, Madeline, Merideth, Graydon, Ashley, Lillian, Lucas and Lorelei.
