Kowalczk Jr.; her sons, Thomas Kowalczk (Gail), Ronald Kowalczk, Green Cove Springs and John Kowalczk (Roseann); her grandchildren, Brian Kowalczk, Jason Kowalczk (Katie), Josh Kowalczk, Aaron Kowalczk, Andrew Kowlaczk (Jamie), Nathan Kowalczk, Tisha (King) and Katie (Malone); and her brother Alfred Thompson. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
