He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peto and Mary Peto (Mayer); his siblings, William P. Peto and Nancy Peto Rigoni; and his brother-in-law Robert Brightman Rigoni, Sr..

He is survived by: his sister Katherine Peto; and his sister-in-law Shelby Peto. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. John Lutheran Church or the donor's choice.
