She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin G. and Katie Blackburn, Sr. (Covington); and her brothers, Melvin G. Blackburn, Jr. and Tim Blackburn. She is survived by: her daughter Natasha Webb of Toledo; her stepson Andre Webb of Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Martez Wilson, Tiarra Wilson and Messiah Webb; her siblings, Diane Williamson (Thomas) of Sandusky, William P. Blackburn (Dorothy) of Elyria, Harvey L Blackburn of Elyria and Terry Blackburn of Las Vegas; and her close friend Dwindal Webb of Port Clinton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
