He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Veran, Marjorie Fisher, Clarence and Goldie Huff; his father-in-law Robley Blackford, Sr.; his brother-in-law Robley Blackford, Jr.; and his great-nephew Mitchell Diehl.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Fisher and Connie Fisher (Huff) of Continental; his wife Dawn Blackford; his sons, Joshua Fisher of Port Clinton and Ashton Fisher of Washington, D. C.; his brothers, Dan Fisher of Findlay, OH, Eric Fisher (Julia) of Miamisburg, OH and Jason Fisher (Jennifer) of Defiance, OH; his mother-in-law Theresa Blackford of Gypsum; and his sisters-in-law, Heather Zisko (Andrew) of Maumee and Tamara Blackford of Marblehead. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
