He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Martin; and his grandparents, Garnet Jefferies, Thomas Rafail, Lydia Martin (Ellsworth) and Fredrick Martin.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Martin; his children, Rhylee Martin and Shane Martin; his former wife Rebecca Dalager; his children, Justin Martin and Lydia Martin; his mother Joyce Muirhead of Oak Harbor; his sisters, Colleen Lancaster of Pennsylvania, Maria Martin Hall of Pennsylvania, Bridgid Martin of Pennsylvania, Angela Thompson of Missouri and Ashley Davis of Port Clinton; and his close friend Chris Fernandes of Port Clinton.
