We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 77, Carole A. Nissen of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carole A. Nissen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, C. B. Mills and Harriet Mills (Smart); and her siblings, Edith Buck, Kay Stucky, Betty Ray, Jim Mills and Bob Mills.

She is survived by: her husband David Nissen; her children, Steve Nissen (Rebecca) of Dublin, OH and Sara Stahl (Robert Dockstader) of Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Mitchell Raterman, Mason Raterman, Josie Raterman, Ava Nissen, Ana Kouts (Curtis), Drake Stahl and Drew Stahl; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Kouts and Evie Kouts.

Memorial contributions may be given to United Way of Ottawa County, 1854 E. Perry St. #300, Port Clinton, OH 43452 or Salvation Army, Port Clinton Service Unit, 1834 E. Perry St. Port Clinton, OH 43452.
