Carol touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kochensparger and Virginia Kochensparger (Peters); her siblings, Ron Kochensparger and Joyce Winke; and her half-siblings, Jeffrey Kochensparger and Arvie Purtee.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Hofacker; her children, James Hofacker, Jr. of Tiffin, OH, Cynthia Benney of Port Clinton and Scott Hofacker (Michelle) of Fostoria; her grandchildren, Kyly Bahnsen (Steven Wadsworth) of Port Clinton, Tyler Bahnsen of Fremont, Victoria Hofacker of Fremont, Sarah Smith (Taylor) of Perrysburg and Carolyn Hofacker of Perrysburg; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Guba, Kaleb Wadsworth, Kolt Wadsworth and Graham Bahnsen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
