She was predeceased by: her parent Otis Phillips; her daughters, Fala Kay Rider and Serenity Reaper; and her adoptive mother Rita Ray. She is survived by: her children, Steven Rider Jr., Shawn Reaper, Samuel Reaper and Jeannine Reaper; her stepchildren, James, Nathan, Jenelle and Jacob Reaper; her husband William Reaper; her parent Robert Ray; and her siblings, Robbie Ray, Marguerite Troknya and Jennifer Fillmore. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
