He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Olvera); and his children, Rosa Rodriguez (Ruben), Yolanda Rodriguez, Armando Santoya Jr. (Edith), Delia Pyn (Wilbur), Viola Herzog (Rick), Nicolas Santoya (Sherri Butts), Mario Santoya (Yolanda) and Angelica Santoya. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
