She was predeceased by: her parents, Doug Maytham and Lyda Maytham (Perkins). She is survived by: her husband David A. Below; her daughters, Hanna Below (Nick Ollervides) and Leah Below (Austin Turner); her grandchildren, Rylen Turner, Frankie Ollervides, Griffin Turner and Beau Ollervides; and her siblings, Cindy James, Jodi Cooper, Julie Bise and Scott Maytham.

Memorial contributions in memory of Amy may be given to Hopfinger-Zimmerman Park or the Salvation Army.
