He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford R. Waugh and Letha L. Waugh (Beaver). He is survived by: his children, Karen Beverly of Spring Lake, John of Port Clinton, Eric of Perkins Township and Megan of Huron; his siblings, Ronnie (Donna) of Cincinnati, Wayne (Carla) of Sandusky, Allen of Greenwhich, Gwynn (Lois) of Shiloh and Patricia (Dave) of Chillicothe; and his close friends, Mike Mansfield, Wayne Orris and John Fellure. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
