He is survived by: his wife Belinda Soulsby; his sons, Bill Soulsby (Nikki) and Brad Soulsby (Michelle); his grandchildren, Riley, Sadie Soulsby, Braxton and Baker Soulsby; and his niece Billie Jo Welsh.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Homes (590 E Main St, Pomeroy, OH 45769). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
