He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Neutzling and Virginia Neutzling (Clatworthy); and his siblings, Jim Neutzling and Sue Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Neutzling; his children, Timothy Robert Neutzling (Lorri) and Janelle Renee Colburn (Brad); his grandchildren, Tiffany Colburn (Brandon Grueser), Coltin Neutzling, Claytin Neutzling, Brandon Colburn and Brady Colburn; and his stepgrandchildren, Christina Bare and Bradly Colburn. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
