He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bartels and Louise Humphrey Bartels; his wife Diana Bartels; his daughter Carrie Powell (Lee); his grandchildren, Cassium, Grayson Powell, Lauren Denner (Kevin) and Trey Hedrick (Grace); his great grandchildren, Beckett and Everett Denner; his daughter Traci Bartels-Houdashelt; and his siblings, Chuck Bartels and Sally Bartels.
