She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David and Wanda Sue Rutter of Pomeroy; her husband Larry Lee Rutter; her siblings, Pam Moore (Bill), Patty Laudermilt (Rick), Sandy Herdman (Ollie), Shirley (Randy), Ronald Landaker (Paulette) and Johnny Landaker (Grace); her children, Larry A Rutter, Toni Quillen (Todd), Terri Bigley (David) and Bonnie Searls (Paul); and her siblings, Junior Landaker of Pomeroy, Sharon Harvey of Saint Bay and Addie Reitmire of Pomeroy, Ohio.. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandchildren/great grandchildren.
