It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Rose Andrew of Pomeroy, Ohio, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rose and Gracie Rose; her siblings, Arthur, Edith, Eva, Leona, Thelma, Mitchell, Lorene, Cinderella and Tessie; her daughters, Agnes, Theresa and Mary Ann; her grandson Steven Lippson; and the father of her children Palmer Andrew.
She is survived by: her sister Freda Carter; and her children, Grace Andrew, Ben Andrew, Martha Ring (Tony), Joseph P. Andrew Jr., Martin Andrew (Tahnee) and Toni Lynn Andrew. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren and many loved nieces and nephews.
