She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Dalton and Thelma Conley Dalton; her husband Dwaine E. Funderburg; her daughter Kimberly Kay Phillips; her daughter-in-law Stacy Phillips; and her brother Cletis Dalton.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Preast (Wesley) and Orville Lee Phillips Jr.; and her siblings, Deloris Gaus, Paulette Gorden and Curtis Dalton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
