She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Marie Cooper (Adkins); her husband Jack Hart; her daughter Rachel Hart of Jackson; her sister Pamela Wilson (Pete); and her aunts and uncles, Bob Puckett, Jules Adams, Ruth Adkins, Bobbie Adkins and Winnie Cooper. She is also survived by several cousins; and fur-baby.
