She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Turner and Lillian M. Hill Turner; and her siblings, Clovis, Emmett, Tom, Clair, Mary Francis and Betty.

She is survived by: her husband Larry V. Parsons; her children, Larry W. Parsons (Teresa) and Sue Smith; and her grandchildren, Nikki Chapman (Joey), Brittany Wachenswarz, Charlize Parsons, Ashley Smith, Shanalle Smith, Jessica Gauze and Michael Gauze.

The family request no flowers and donations can be made to Holzer Hospice of Gallipolis Ohio.
