She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Hawk and Bernice Hawk; her husband Ernest Seldon Cullums; and her siblings, Leota Smith, Pearl Cushner and Robert Hawk.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Cullums (Lynda), Don Cullums (Kay) and Ginger (Jamie); her grandchildren, Todd Cullums (Shiela), Heather Jacobs (Gene), Shelbie Willis, Chris Meyers, Decker Cullums (Rhonda), Chelsie Pratt and Cory (Andrea); and her great grandchildren, Eric, Erin, Alex, Dani, Sydnie, Aidan, Aaron, Brandon, Dean, Delaney Greyson, Ashley, Lane, Paisley, Callie and Emmett. She is also survived by Five Great Great Grandchildren; and Several Neices and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in memory of Sara Cullums to Hemlock Grove Christian Church or the Hemlock Grove Cemetery.
