He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bailey and Dorthy Bailey (Buck); and his wife Wilovene Wagner Zurcher. He is survived by: his children, Iris Christine Bailey Hammett and Robert C Bailey Jr.; his siblings, William Bailey (Dolores) and Darlene Emmitt (James); and his son-in-law Will Hammett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, two step sons and their families, a sister in law.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Meigs Senior Citizens Center, "Meals on Wheels Program" at 621 South Third Avenue, Middleport, OH 45760.
