He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moxley and Helen Hamilton Yost; his sisters, Louise Riley and Vickie Sanford; his niece Caseyne Sanford; and his stepmother Neoma Boyd Moxley.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Hooper Moxley; his children, Gail Swatzel (Jim) and Stephen Moxley (Angie); his grandchildren, Brandon Moxley (Carrie), Tresa Binek (Joe), Lindsi Ferguson (Donald) and Jamie Swatzel (Paul Morrison); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Dakota Ferguson, Maryn and Layna Binek; his nephew Vincent Riley; and his niece Corinne Sanford.
